Availability and Pricing of Jewelry

If you are interested in buying a piece of jewelry that you saw on the Jacques Jewelers website and would like to order the same design, please call Jacques Jewelers to discuss the options further or visit our store. If you have a specific design in mind, we will work with you to execute it, as a Master Craftsman, Jacques will do everything possible to make it happen for you. As you might already know, Jacques Jewelers is a designing and manufacturing company that creates everything on site so you do not have to pay retail; you are actually dealing direct with us, and that saves you the cost of the middle man. Every piece on our website is designed and created by Jacques a master designer and craftsman for the past 45 years. Jacques’ excellent reputation in the business has been rewarded by the Better Business Bureau . A Certificate of Achievement has been provided stating that Jacques Jewelers is an Accredited Business with no complaints, recognized for commitment to honesty, integrity, ethics and trust.

Sometimes you will find some data errors that are listed on our Site due to a typographical error, when this occurs; we do our best to fix it right away. Return/Cancellation Policy

Jacques Jewelers offers a one week return policy upon receipt of your purchase, if you would like to return it, you will have 7 business days to do so. Please contact Jacques Jewelers to notify us about your decision, when the money clears in the Jacques Jewelers account, it will be credited back into your account, and this will take approximately two weeks for the process to take place. The cancellation policy is applied by calling us at 508-879-8855. 

Please Note: Custom designs, special orders, repairs and appraisal services are not returnable and non refundable.
