to assist you with your purchase, or answer any questions you

Financing Options
We will finance your purchase according to the following terms:
If an item is not available for immediate purchase when you come to our store and need to have it customized by Jacques himself, you will have to pay a 50% deposit of the full order amount, then
pay out the remaining balance once the order is ready. We will notify you by email or by the telephone number you provided when you placed your order. If you are not able to pick up your order and request for us to ship the piece of jewelry you ordered once ready, we will have to insure it to cover the value of it, then you
will have to call Jacques Jewelers to pay the balance by using a credit card prior to shipping.
Credit Card Fraud Protection Statement
JacquesJewelers.com verifies all credit card numbers,
names and addresses through Credit Card Merchant Services. We
do not tolerate credit card fraud and we report all suspicious

condition after undergoing stringent quality assurances. We
will exchange or refund any purchase returned in its original
condition, within 7 days if not satisfied, accompanied with
the original sales receipt.
